Designates the portion of Interstate Route 75 in Hamilton County between Freeman Avenue exit and Hopple Street viaduct exit as the "William L. Mallory, Sr. Memorial Highway"

Authorizes the Director of Transportation to erect suitable markers indicating the memorial highway name

Adds the new beekeepers license plate section to the list of license plate types whose contributions feed into the state's license plate contribution fund
