• Property sales include 5.420 acres in Pickaway County to Harold L. Snyder for $16,260; 1.5392 acres in Hamilton County (Cincinnati) to UC Health for $15,000,000; and property transfers to school districts (East Clinton, Twin Valley, West Clermont) and Ohio University for $750,000.
