Enacts the Sexual Assault Survivors' Bill of Rights Act, establishing 14 enumerated rights for sexual assault survivors in Ohio.

Guarantees survivors the right to courteous, compassionate treatment; access to high-quality rape crisis services with an advocate present during medical exams and law enforcement interviews; and comprehensive medical care for physical and mental health needs.

Requires hospitals to have a sexual assault coordinator, provides survivors the right to free medical exams and forensic evidence collection without billing, and ensures timely submission and processing of forensic evidence kits with anonymous collection options for adult survivors.

Mandates that survivors receive timely information about criminal proceedings, access to trauma-informed criminal justice professionals, and protection from intimidation and retaliation; prohibits media disclosure of survivor identities.

Establishes protections for student survivors under Title IX requiring school accommodations and safe learning environments, and for employed survivors requiring workplace accommodations without work penalties for medical exams, police reports, or court attendance.
