Creates a committee to study the effectiveness of community schools and community school regulations

Committee membership includes the Superintendent of Public Instruction, rural and urban school district superintendents and treasurers, three teachers from school districts, two community school sponsors, two community school operators, a community school fiscal officer, a Thomas B. Fordham Foundation representative, one community school teacher, and chairs and ranking minority members of the Senate and House Education Committees

Governor appoints most members from lists recommended by the President of the Senate and Speaker of the House; Ohio Education Association and Ohio Federation of Teachers recommend teacher appointees

Committee must issue findings in a report to the General Assembly and Governor within one year of the bill's effective date
