Removes "behavioral and mental health services" from the definition of direct care costs in nursing facilities' bundled Medicaid payment services, effective July 1, 2014.

Amends section 5165.01 of the Revised Code to strike language including behavioral and mental health services in the list of direct care costs covered under division (L)(8).

Creates a temporary provision allowing behavioral and mental health services to remain as direct care costs until July 1, 2014, after which they are no longer included in bundled services.

Changes the classification of behavioral and mental health services from bundled direct care costs to separately billable services or ancillary costs under Medicaid reimbursement.
