Authorizes recipients of the Distinguished Flying Cross to apply to the registrar of motor vehicles for special license plates on passenger cars, noncommercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, or other approved vehicle classes.

Requires applicants to provide documentary evidence of the Distinguished Flying Cross award as determined by the registrar, along with regular license fees, local motor vehicle license taxes, and any applicable additional fees.

License plates shall display an illustration of the Distinguished Flying Cross and be inscribed with the words "DFC Medal recipient" along with standard letters and numbers, plus county identification stickers.

Prohibits non-recipients from falsely representing themselves as Distinguished Flying Cross recipients to obtain these plates and prohibits allowing vehicles to display such plates unless the owner is eligible.

Permits applications to be combined with requests for special reserved license plates under existing provisions of the Revised Code.
