Enacts section 2111.011 of the Revised Code to establish a ward's bill of rights and require distribution of the Ohio Guardianship Guide to guardians.

Probate court clerk must furnish the Ohio Guardianship Guide to guardians either upon their appointment or upon the guardian's first filing of an account or report after the bill's effective date.

Requires guardians to sign a form acknowledging receipt of the Ohio Guardianship Guide and the ward's bill of rights.

Establishes 19 specific rights that wards retain under guardianship, including dignity, privacy, control over non-delegated decisions, appropriate services, consideration of preferences, safe living conditions, marriage, procreation, legal equality, medical explanations, confidentiality, record review, legal counsel, court petition rights, grievance procedures, annual hearing requests, driving, and voting.

Updated versions of the Ohio Guardianship Guide must be distributed to guardians upon appointment or at their first filing after the updated version is prepared by the Attorney General.
