• The School Employees Retirement Board failed to consider complaints or comments received concerning the rule during its periodic review, as required by Ohio Revised Code sections 119.032(C) and (D).

• The board failed to file the travel expense report form incorporated by reference into the rule, as required by Ohio Revised Code section 121.73.

• Directs the House Clerk to transmit a certified copy of the resolution to the School Employees Retirement Board, Secretary of State, and the Director of the Legislative Service Commission.
