• Proposes constitutional amendment to permit Ohio electors to recall any elected officer from their jurisdiction, including state officers, judges, and general assembly members

• Requires recall petition signatures equal to at least 15% of total votes cast for governor or presidential electors at the most recent statewide election, with petition containing grounds for recall in no more than 200 words

• Prevents petition signatures from being valid until the officer has served at least one-quarter of their current term; if petition is sufficient and officer does not resign within 5 days, recall question appears on ballot at next regular election occurring at least 90 days after petition filing
