Proposes a constitutional amendment to be submitted to Ohio voters on November 5, 2013, establishing a right-to-work provision in the Ohio Constitution

Prohibits laws, rules, agreements, or arrangements from requiring any person to become or remain a member of a labor organization

Prohibits requiring employees or employers to pay dues, fees, assessments, or other charges to a labor organization as a condition of employment

Allows individuals to voluntarily join labor organizations and preserves agreements entered into or renewed before January 1, 2014

Provides civil remedies including injunctive relief, reasonable attorney's fees, costs, and damages for violations; takes effect January 1, 2014 if approved by voters
