Honors Dr. Thomas Hetrick for being named the 2013 Emergency Medicine Physician of the Year by the Ohio Chapter of the American College of Emergency Physicians.

Recognizes Dr. Hetrick's service as an emergency medicine physician at Akron General Medical Center since 1979 and his role as resident physician medical director for fire departments in Akron, Coventry, and Stow.

Commends Dr. Hetrick for providing quality patient care, setting high professional standards, and serving as a role model in the field of emergency medicine.

Directs the House Clerk to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to Dr. Thomas Hetrick.
