Honors Dr. Steven Reece, Sr. for helping organize the historic December 4, 1994 meeting in Cincinnati that created mutual recognition between black and white Masons.

Recognizes Reece's service as the 1993-1995 Most Worshipful Grand Master of the State of Ohio and his role alongside Carl Lindner, Jr. and James Olmstead in initiating the national meeting.

Acknowledges the 1995 formal compact resulting from the meeting that allowed black and white Masons to visit each other's lodges and collaborate on projects and programs.

Commends Reece's dedication to the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry Prince Hall Affiliation and his contributions to bettering his community.

Directs the Clerk of the House of Representatives to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to Dr. Steven Reece, Sr.
