Recognizes Mortar Board as the first national honor society for senior women, founded in 1914 by eight senior women at Ohio State University

Notes the organization has expanded to 230 chartered collegiate chapters and 16 active alumni chapters across the United States over the past century

Commends the chapter for its century-long record of service to the surrounding area and contributions to quality of life in the community

Directs the Ohio House of Representatives Clerk to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to the Mabel G. Freeman Chapter
