Honors the Oakwood High School Academic Decathlon team for winning the 2014 United States Academic Decathlon Division III National Championship, the school's third consecutive title.

Recognizes eight student team members: Wending Zhu, Emmaline Bennett, William Powers, Will Fitz, Graham Garner, Grant Pitarys, Tim McCarthy, and Jacob Hunt for their academic achievement and dedication.

Acknowledges coach Lori Morris and credits the team's preparation, determination, and competitive performance against national competitors.

Directs the Clerk of the House of Representatives to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to the Oakwood High School Academic Decathlon team.
