Pearl Valley Cheese won a gold medal in the rindless Swiss cheese class at the 2014 World Championship Cheese Contest and was recognized as one of the top sixteen cheeses among more than 2,600 entries from 22 countries.

Pearl Valley Cheese is a four-generation, family-owned company based in eastern Ohio that produces more than 20,000 pounds of cheese daily using over 30,000 gallons of milk from local dairy farmers.

The company produces multiple cheese varieties including colby, marble, lacey, baby Swiss, pepper jack, chipotle pepper jack, and bacon jack cheeses.

The House of Representatives congratulates Pearl Valley Cheese for its outstanding accomplishments and commitment to excellence in the cheese industry and Ohio's economy.
