The Ohio House of Representatives honors the Gahanna Middle School East sixth-grade eCybermission team for winning first place at the 2014 National eCybermission Competition sponsored by the U.S. Army and administered by the National Science Teachers Association.

Team members Julie Bray, Luke Clay, and Ashton Cofer won first place in their division for designing an earthquake-resistant house.

The resolution commends the students for demonstrating knowledge, talent, teamwork, and the drive to excel through competitive academic achievement.

The House encourages the team members to continue striving for excellence and to assume meaningful roles in society.

The Clerk of the House is directed to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to the Gahanna Middle School East sixth-grade eCybermission team.
