The Ohio House of Representatives honors the OSU Moritz College of Law Chapter of the American Constitution Society for being named Student Chapter of the Year at the 2014 ACS National Convention.

The chapter held nearly 40 events during the school year, developed a relationship with the Columbus Lawyer Chapter of ACS, increased membership, and received the Programming Award.

Past president Derek Clinger provided leadership that contributed to the chapter's success and accomplishments.

The resolution commends the chapter members for their dedication to the American Constitution Society's goals and principles, and their development of knowledge and abilities through participation in ACS activities.

The House Clerk is directed to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to the OSU Moritz College of Law Chapter of the American Constitution Society.
