Honors the Baldwin Wallace University cyber security team for winning the 2013 Ohio Collegiate Cyber Defense Competition and qualifying for the 2013 Midwest Regional Collegiate Cyber Defense Competition.

Recognizes team members Ryan Bloomfield, Dave Cornelius, George Meyer, Aric Gady, Billy Gallon, Ben Hamilton, Corey Ham, and Collin Simpson for their dedication and competitive performance against teams across Ohio.

Acknowledges faculty advisor Kenneth Atchinson for his leadership and guidance of the team throughout their preparation and competition.

Directs the House Clerk to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to the Baldwin Wallace University cyber security team.
