Honors the memory of Terry Blair, who served three terms in the Ohio House of Representatives and was chairman of the State and Local Government Committee at the time of his death.

Recognizes Blair's 21 years of service as a Washington Township trustee and his role as chief financial officer for Buckeye Pools.

Acknowledges his involvement with organizations including the Notre Dame Alumni Club of Dayton, Ohio Harness Horsemen's Association, Ohio Thoroughbred Breeders and Owners, American Business Club of Dayton, Noon Optimist Club of Centerville, and Church of the Incarnation.

Celebrates Blair's dedication to his family—his wife Judy, four children, and nine grandchildren—and his commitment to improving quality of life in his community.

Directs the Clerk of the House to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to the Blair family.
