Expresses concern over reports of systematic state-sanctioned organ harvesting from non-consenting prisoners in China, particularly Falun Gong practitioners and religious/ethnic minorities.

Calls on the Chinese government to immediately end organ harvesting from all prisoners and calls for a full U.S. Department of State investigation with prosecution of those engaged in unethical practices.

Recommends the U.S. State Department issue a travel warning to American citizens traveling to China for organ transplants and publicly condemn such abuses while banning entry of those involved.

Demands an immediate end to the 14-year persecution of Falun Gong by the Chinese Communist Party and the release of all Falun Gong practitioners and other prisoners of conscience.

Directs the House Clerk to send copies of the resolution to the U.S. Secretary of State, Chinese Embassy, U.S. Congressional leaders, Ohio's Congressional delegation, and Ohio news media.
