Creates "Ovarian Cancer Awareness" license plates available to owners of passenger cars, noncommercial motor vehicles, recreational vehicles, and other registrar-approved vehicles.

Establishes a $25 contribution fee for each application and renewal, with a separate $10 administrative fee to compensate the Bureau of Motor Vehicles.

Directs all ovarian cancer awareness license plate contributions to Cancer Support Community Central Ohio for deposit into the Sheryl L. Kraner Fund, to be expended for the organization's existing purposes.

Amends section 4501.21 to add the new ovarian cancer awareness license plates to the license plate contribution fund, which distributes revenues from specialty license plates to designated charitable organizations.
