And to amend Section 257.50 of Am. Sub. H.B. 59 of the 130th General Assembly and Section 257.10 of Am. Sub. H.B. 59 of the 130th General Assembly, as subsequently amended, to allow municipal corporations and townships with a population of more than 35,000 to create outdoor refreshment areas, to exempt persons within such an area from the open container law, to create the Outdoor Refreshment Area Study Committee, and to make an appropriation.
