Requires employers at health care and residential facilities to notify employees of any bed bug or lice infestations present at the facility.

Applies to 12 types of facilities including hospitals, nursing homes, hospices, mental health institutions, addiction treatment programs, and county homes.

Defines "employee" to include full-time, part-time, and contract workers providing services on facility premises, but excludes volunteers and maintenance/delivery personnel.

Directs the Ohio Department of Health Director to establish rules defining evidence of infestation, notification procedures, and other implementation standards.

Violation of notification requirements results in a fine of up to $100, with separate fines possible for each day of violation.
