To require the Medicaid Director to implement certain reforms to the Medicaid program, to require the Director of Job and Family Services to implement certain reforms to workforce development activities, to create the Joint Medicaid Oversight Committee to review proposed rules regarding the Medicaid and workforce development activity reforms, to require the Joint Medicaid Oversight Committee to issue reports recommending certain changes to the Medicaid program, and to abolish the Joint Legislative Committee on Health Care Oversight and the Joint Legislative Committee on Medicaid Technology and Reform.
