Appropriates $2,500,000 from the General Revenue Fund for fiscal year 2014 and $2,500,000 for fiscal year 2015 to support the Columbus State Logistics Program.

Directs funds to support workforce development initiatives through the Columbus State Community College Logistics Program.

Appropriations are in addition to any other appropriations made for the FY 2014-FY 2015 biennium.

Director of Budget and Management shall establish accounts to track the source and amount of funds for the appropriation.

Appropriations are subject to all provisions of Am. Sub. H.B. 59 of the 130th General Assembly that apply to such appropriations.
