Creates a "Knights of Columbus" license plate available to owners or lessees of passenger cars, noncommercial motor vehicles, recreational vehicles, and other registrar-approved vehicle classes.

License plates display county identification stickers and words and markings selected and designed by the Ohio State Council of the Knights of Columbus and approved by the registrar.

Applicants must pay a ten-dollar contribution per application for registration and renewal, collected into the license plate contribution fund created in section 4501.21 of the Revised Code.

The registrar shall pay all contributions received from Knights of Columbus license plates to the Ohio State Council of the Knights of Columbus to fund the organization's charitable activities and programs.

Knights of Columbus license plates require payment of regular license tax, applicable motor vehicle tax, a ten-dollar bureau administrative fee, the ten-dollar contribution, and compliance with all other motor vehicle registration laws.
