• Prohibits licensed or certified healthcare professionals and those in training from engaging in sexual orientation change efforts with minors under 18 years of age across multiple regulated professions

• Applies restrictions to physicians trained in psychiatry, psychologists, clinical nurse specialists, professional counselors, marriage and family therapists, and social workers

• Defines "sexual orientation change efforts" as practices seeking to change sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, or reduce same-sex attractions, while explicitly excluding supportive counseling, gender transition support, and efforts to prevent unsafe sexual practices

• Establishes violations as grounds for license denial, suspension, or revocation through the applicable professional licensing boards

• Creates new statutory sections (4731.30, 4732.29, 4757.35) and amends existing professional practice sections to incorporate the prohibition and definition across nursing, medicine, psychology, and counseling professions
