Requires all local workforce investment areas to use OhioMeansJobs as their labor exchange and job placement system, with no additional workforce funds permitted for duplicative systems.

Renames the state board from "state workforce policy board" to "governor's executive workforce board" and local boards from "local workforce policy board" to "local workforce investment board" throughout Ohio's Revised Code.

Requires all local areas to name their one-stop workforce systems as "OhioMeansJobs (name of county) County" within six months of the amendment's effective date.

Adds new section 6301.061 allowing county boards of commissioners to appoint an advisory committee on workforce development to facilitate cooperation between counties and workforce development entities.

Modifies annual workforce reporting requirements to provide electronic copies to legislative leaders and post reports on state board websites rather than distribute physical copies to all general assembly members.
