Purchase price is four million five hundred thousand dollars, with real estate conveyed in "as-is, where-is, with all faults" condition including buildings, parking areas, improvements, and fixtures

Net proceeds from sale shall be paid to The Ohio State University and deposited to benefit The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center

Real estate conveyed subject to all easements, covenants, conditions, restrictions of record, legal highways, public rights-of-way, zoning and building regulations, and unpaid taxes and assessments

Act declared an emergency measure with immediate effect; authorization expires three years after effective date
