Allows owners or lessees of passenger cars, noncommercial motor vehicles, recreational vehicles, and other approved vehicle classes to apply for "Ohio Statehouse" license plates through the registrar of motor vehicles.

Plates shall be designed by the capitol square review and advisory board and approved by the registrar, bearing county identification stickers showing the county of registration.

Applicants must pay the regular license tax, applicable motor vehicle taxes, a $10 bureau administrative fee, and a $25 contribution for each registration or renewal.

The $25 contribution from each application shall be transmitted to the state treasurer for deposit into the capitol square renovation gift fund.

The $10 administrative fee shall be credited to the state bureau of motor vehicles fund to compensate for additional services required in issuing these specialty plates.
