Individuals receiving state supplementation as of November 15, 1990, cannot become ineligible based solely on their living arrangement if they remain in the same residence.

Director of Mental Health and Addiction Services and Medicaid Director must adopt rules to implement the residential state supplement program and may adjust eligibility standards based on available appropriations.
