Amends section 3781.109 of the Revised Code to require adult changing tables in public buildings used for assembly purposes constructed on or after January 1, 2016.

Adult changing tables must have a minimum weight capacity of 400 pounds, minimum length of 72 inches, minimum width of 18 inches from the wall, and minimum height of 18 inches.

Adult changing tables must be wall-mounted, folding ergonomic tables located in an enclosed space that accommodates the table in open position, a wheelchair, and a caregiver, and made of material suitable for wet areas.

Applies to all buildings or parts of buildings used for assembly purposes as defined by rules adopted under section 3781.10 of the Revised Code.

Board of Building Standards shall adopt rules implementing these requirements for adult changing stations in public assembly buildings.
