Amends Ohio Revised Code section 2903.21 to add enhanced penalties for aggravated menacing when the victim is a law enforcement officer performing official duties.

Establishes aggravated menacing as a felony of the fifth degree when committed against a law enforcement officer during the course of the officer's duties.

Increases the penalty to a felony of the fourth degree if the offender previously has been convicted of or pleaded guilty to an offense of violence against a law enforcement officer during the course of that officer's duties.

Maintains existing penalties for aggravated menacing in other circumstances, including misdemeanor of the first degree for general cases and enhanced penalties for offenses against public children services agency employees.
