Expands eligible statutory agents beyond individuals and domestic corporations to include nonprofits, LLCs, partnerships, limited partnerships, LLPs, limited partnership associations, professional associations, business trusts, and unincorporated nonprofit associations.

Requires that non-domestic corporation agents must meet Title XVII requirements for their entity type to transact business or exercise privileges in Ohio.

Applies the expanded agent eligibility to corporations, foreign corporations, limited liability companies, credit unions, business trusts, real estate investment trusts, health insuring corporations, partnerships, limited partnerships, limited liability partnerships, and unincorporated nonprofit associations.

Changes agent appointment language from "may be" to "shall be" one of the specified types, making the list mandatory rather than optional.

All designated agents must maintain a business address in Ohio regardless of entity type.
