Requires health insurers and public employee benefit plans to provide equal coverage for orally administered cancer medications compared to intravenously administered or injected cancer medications, with cost sharing capped at $100 per prescription fill.

Prohibits health insurers from complying with the equal coverage requirement by increasing cost sharing solely for all cancer medications.

Allows insurers to require prior authorization for orally administered cancer medications and provides exemption if actuarial documentation shows compliance causes claims costs to increase more than 1% annually.

Requires Ohio Medicaid to cover orally administered cancer medications on the same basis as intravenously administered or injected cancer medications, with cost-sharing requirements not exceeding those for injected medications.

Medicaid implementation may be delayed if coverage costs would increase program drug expenses by more than 1% annually; effective date January 1, 2015.
