Recognizes the outstanding service of the 65th Infantry Regiment from Puerto Rico, a segregated unit composed of Hispanic soldiers that served in World War I, World War II, and the Korean War.

During the Korean War, the Regiment earned 10 distinguished service crosses, 256 silver stars, 606 bronze stars, and 2,777 Purple Hearts.

Urges Ohio's Congressional delegation to support H.R. 1726 and S. 1174, which would award the 65th Infantry Regiment a Congressional Gold Medal.

Notes that the Congressional Gold Medal is among the highest civilian awards in the United States, granted for achievements with major impact on American history and culture.

Directs the Senate Clerk to transmit copies of the resolution to Ohio's Congressional delegation and state news media.
