• Recognizes and supports the work of pregnancy resource centers and their positive impact on women, men, babies, and communities across Ohio and the United States.

• Acknowledges that over 2,500 pregnancy resource centers nationwide and 125+ centers in Ohio provide comprehensive services including pregnancy tests, counseling, ultrasounds, childbirth classes, adoption referrals, and prenatal care.

• Commends the volunteers and staff at pregnancy resource centers and encourages federal and state governments to provide funding for medical equipment and unintended-pregnancy-prevention education while protecting these organizations' religious integrity.

• Disapproves of actions by any national, state, or local groups attempting to prevent pregnancy resource centers from serving individuals facing unplanned pregnancies.

• Directs the Clerk of the Senate to transmit copies of the resolution to the President, Congress, the Governor of Ohio, and all pregnancy resource centers in Ohio.
