Authorizes the Youth Leadership Association to use the Ohio Senate Chambers for a model legislative event on April 10-12, 2014, contingent upon facility availability.

Recognizes the Youth Leadership Association's mission to provide students with understanding of government and the legislative process.

Intends for student participants to gain knowledge and experience that will prepare them for informed citizenship and productive participation in society.

Directs the Clerk of the Senate to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to the Youth Leadership Association.
