Recognizes April 2014 as Sexual Assault Awareness Month in Ohio

Defines sexual violence to include rape, incest, sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse, intimate partner violence, human trafficking, unwanted sexual contact, sexual harassment, exposure, and voyeurism

Notes that nationally one in five women and one in seventy-one men have been raped, and 41.2% of Ohio women reported experiencing sexual violence other than rape in their lifetime

Directs the Senate Clerk to transmit copies of the resolution to Ohio news media
