Recognizes that CERT members provide critical support to first responders during emergencies by assisting victims and organizing volunteers at disaster sites

Notes that as urban areas expand into agricultural regions, CERT members need training to respond effectively to agricultural emergencies and disasters

Directs the Clerk of the Senate to send copies of the resolution to leaders of local Community Emergency Response Teams in Ohio and Ohio news media
