Designates the second week of March as Ohio Women's Week for Policy and Entrepreneurship

Creates the Ohio Women's Policy and Entrepreneurship Committee, composed of 11 members appointed by the president of the senate (4 members), speaker of the house (4 members), and governor (3 members)

Requires the committee to conduct a two-day competition and forum in even-numbered years where women business owners present business plans and compete for recognition as the winner

Establishes eligibility requirements for competition participants: business must be registered with Ohio secretary of state, in operation for 3+ years, employ 3+ employees, and owner must possess required professional licenses if applicable

Competition winner becomes an entrepreneur in residence under existing state law; committee must submit final report to general assembly by month-end after competition completion
