Extends alibi defense notification requirement from 3 days to 7 days before trial, requiring defendants to file written notice with the court and prosecutor that includes specific information about the claimed location.

Allows courts to impose community control sanctions in felony cases without a presentence investigation report if both the defendant and prosecutor agree to waive it.

Permits courts to order a presentence investigation report notwithstanding an agreement to waive it, and maintains court discretion regarding confidentiality of report contents.

Requests the Ohio Supreme Court modify Criminal Rule 32.2 to conform with the statutory changes allowing waiver of presentence investigation reports by agreement.
