Amends Ohio Revised Code Section 3313.60 to require school district health curricula to include instruction on the process of making anatomical gifts under Chapter 2108, with emphasis on life-saving and life-enhancing effects of organ and tissue donation.

Adds this anatomical gift instruction as a new subsection (g) to the existing health education requirements for all school districts.

Directs the Second Chance Trust Fund Advisory Committee to submit recommendations by July 1, 2016 to the Department of Education for implementing this instruction.

Requires the Department of Education to publish the Advisory Committee's recommendations on its website for school districts to use when developing their health curricula.

Applies to city, exempted village, local, and cooperative education school districts statewide.
