Allows community mental health or addiction services providers to accept assessments from other providers instead of conducting new assessments for clients referred for probation-related treatment

Assessment must be conducted by a provider certified under section 5119.36 of the Revised Code or contain comparable elements to those required by department rules

Assessment must have been completed no earlier than one year prior to the date the client begins receiving services from the provider

Authorized staff member must update, sign, and date a copy of the accepted assessment and file it in the client's record
