Amends section 4503.533 and enacts sections 4503.536 and 4503.537 to create three new specialized license plates for Ohio veterans.

Creates "Vietnam Veteran" license plates for United States Marine Corps veterans who served during the Vietnam conflict and are either on active duty or honorably discharged; applicants must provide a DD-214 form or equivalent documentation.

Creates "Combat Medical Badge" license plates for United States Army veterans who have been awarded the combat medical badge; applicants must provide documentary evidence of the award.

Expands existing "Combat Action" license plates to include ribbon, medal, and badge recipients from any service branch; plates must display the appropriate award reproduction and designation.

All specialized veteran license plates require payment of regular license taxes and applicable local vehicle license taxes, and prohibits false representation of eligibility under penalty of law.
