Requires the Industrial Commission to maintain statistics on individual hearing decisions issued by the commission, staff hearing officers, and district hearing officers, tracking claims decided in favor of employers versus claimants by office location and by individual hearing officer.

Commission must submit annual reports to the governor and general assembly by January 31st containing the statistics collected during the previous calendar year, beginning one year after the amendment's effective date.

Amends section 4121.36 of the Revised Code to add these statistical reporting requirements while maintaining existing provisions governing fair and uniform hearing procedures, written decisions, public hearings, and hearing officer conduct.
