Amends Ohio Revised Code sections 4703.02 and 4703.33 to modify continuing education requirements for architects and landscape architects boards.

Allows both boards to adopt rules specifying that continuing education may be satisfied through coursework or activities in technical, ethical, or managerial topics relevant to the professions.

Permits registrants to earn continuing professional education hours by completing or teaching university/college coursework, attending seminars/workshops/conferences, authoring published papers/articles/books, receiving patent awards, or actively participating in professional societies.

Requires both boards to generally follow model continuing education recommendations established by the national council of architectural registration boards and the council of landscape architectural registration boards, respectively.

Removes strikethrough language that previously specified detailed continuing education requirements, replacing it with more flexible board authority to adopt such rules.
