Enacts section 4503.581 of the Revised Code to create a "Women Veterans" license plate in Ohio.

Allows women who are retired or honorably discharged veterans of any branch of the U.S. armed forces to apply for the special license plates for vehicles they own or lease.

Requires applicants to provide written evidence of retired or honorably discharged veteran status and pay regular license fees plus any applicable additional fees for special reserved plates.

License plates must display "Women Veterans" along with either "U.S. ARMED FORCES RETIRED--(BRANCH OF SERVICE)" or "U.S. ARMED FORCES VETERAN--(BRANCH OF SERVICE)" and county identification stickers.

Makes it a falsification offense for any person who is not an eligible woman veteran to falsely represent themselves as such to obtain the plates or to permit their vehicle to bear the plates without eligibility.
