Permits the superintendent of liquor control to allow permit holders to expand their licensed premises to include immediately adjacent premises during specified seasons of the year.

Requires that any immediately adjacent premises used for expansion must be under the permit holder's ownership and control and located in an area where alcohol sales are not prohibited by local option election.

Prohibits operable motor vehicles from parking in the expanded area while beer or intoxicating liquor is being served.

Maintains existing provisions regarding permit duration, issuance on uniform expiration dates, and authorization for deliveries and out-of-state sales of beer and intoxicating liquor.
