Adds new section 4112.16 allowing municipal corporations to request assistance from the Ohio Civil Rights Commission to investigate and enforce alleged violations of local anti-discrimination ordinances.

Requires the Ohio Civil Rights Commission to provide the requested assistance if consistent with the Commission's authority under sections 4112.05 and 4112.051 of the Revised Code and if the Commission has available resources.

Expands the Commission's authority to handle discrimination claims beyond the specific practices listed in section 4112.02, allowing it to address violations of municipal anti-discrimination ordinances.

Adds new duties to section 4112.04 requiring the Commission to provide assistance to municipalities pursuant to the new section 4112.16.
